The Annual General Meeting of Engineering Scotland was held on Monday 20th November 2023 at 6pm via Zoom.
The main purpose of the meeting was to receive the Annual Report including the Annual Accounts which have to be approved. Both will have already been approved by the Executive Board.
Other business to be conducted included appointing an Independent Examiner or Auditor to examine the accounts and elect Office Bearers and Executive Board Members as necessary.
