We are holding an Extraordinary General Meeting at 5.30 for 6pm on Tuesday 4th November 2014 at the IET Teacher Building, St Enoch Square, Glasgow. Refreshments will be available from 5.30pm.
The purpose is two-fold: Firstly, to consider, and if thought fit, adopt the 2013-14 Accounts, and secondly to consider, and if thought fit, adopt a proposed new constitution for Engineering Scotland to support its progression towards becoming a Registered Charity, as agreed in principle at the AGM held on Wednesday 7th May 2014.
The papers for the EGM can be accessed here: The Agenda for the EGM, the Minutes of the 2014 AGM, the Treasurer’s Report, and the proposed new Constitution.
If you plan to attend, please email the Honorary Secretary.
