BCS Glasgow AGM 2017

18:30 for 19:00, Monday 11th September, IET Teacher Building.
The agenda will be as follows:

• Minutes of the previous AGM
• Matters arising from the minutes
• A report from the Chair on the year’s activities
• A report from the Secretary
• A report from the Treasurer
• Election of Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and committee members
• Any other business
Nominations for the committee should be sent to andrew@andrewsmillie.co.uk and the branch Secretary richard.trail@scotmillig.co.uk by the end of the day on 10/09/17.
Voting will take place during the AGM.
Refreshments will be served from 1830 with the meeting getting underway at 1900.
