Continuous Improvement

During this visit with will be hearing from Paul McCafferty, their Production Supervisor, on how working with other organisations such as Coca Cola, Renault and Nissan, implementation of Best Practices across their processes and the introduction of new systems and focus groups are helping deliver improved employee engagement and drive their Continuous Improvement policies.
We shall finish this event with a site tour of Glenmorangie’s bottling plant and should you wish to be included, if possible, can you bring along safety footwear, as they only have a limited number of pairs on site.
Unfortunately, high heels are not allowed in the bottling hall.
