CQI WoS Glasgow Taxis: Our Safe and Secure Journey to ISO Certification
7 December 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Our speaker,Willie Caie, spent 30 years as a police officer before retiring as an Inspector in 2004. He then moved on to Glasgow City Council as the Safer City Centre Manager for 7 years, during which time he introduced safety projects such as Best Bar None, Retail Crime Watch, Hotel Watch and Nite Zones. In 2011 he took up post as HR Manager for Glasgow Taxis Ltd where he currently works as HR Manager for Glasgow Taxis. He is responsible for Quality, Health & Safety and Information Security in the organisation.
Willie also has a responsibility for monitoring and measuring the operational performance of the Glasgow Taxi Despatch Centre a subject which he relishes in his capacity as HR Manager at Glasgow Taxis. His contribution this evening will touch on some of the call centre statistics Willie handles every day and the huge amount of performance data relating to the performance of the call centre operations.
