Engineering Scotland AGM 2021

Advance notice of AGM.
The Annual General Meeting of Engineering Scotland will be held on Monday 22nd November at 6pm via Zoom.
The AGM will conclude by 7.30pm at the latest.
The main purpose of the meeting is to receive the Annual Report including the Annual Accounts which have to be approved. Both will have already been approved by the Executive Board.
Other business to be conducted include appointing an Independent Examiner or Auditor to examine the accounts and elect Office Bearers and Executive Board Members as necessary.
