Jo MacLennan co-Director of MacLennan Norman Ltd and Gavin Cargill co-founder of ‘Value the Person’ are inspired by an evidence based belief that a person who receives and gives experiences of being valued can give and receive the best.  They work interdependently in a spirit of ‘confident vulnerability‘ with their overlapping practices using interconnected tools.
