The Business Breakfast is aimed at outlining how lean manufacturing can help engage people, create sustainable change, and explore the leadership qualities to support this. It’s a fantastic opportunity to take a step back and look at an alternative way of working and thinking about your business.
This workshop will provide an overview of the SMAS Business Improvement Academy (BIA) and illustrate how this can help you develop a culture of change within the workplace to benefit your business. As well as provide an overview of the SMAS Operational Assessment Tools which help identify improvement opportunities within your business – including our Manufacturing Review, Operations Review and our Industry 4.0 Assessment.
