Transport and IT play critical roles in curbing carbon emissions within urban areas. Join Chief Scientific Adviser for the Department for Transport Prof Sarah Sharples to explore the challenges and opportunities of transport decarbonisation. Examining shifts in travel behaviours and fuel transitions, at this Michaelson Talk Prof Sharples debates the need for a human-centric yet technologically-advanced approach. Chaired by Dr Sunny Bains, a science journalist and academic specialising in hardware approaches to AI and robotics.
