In Scotland business customers have been able to choose which retailer they purchase their water and water recycling services from since the market opened in 2008. This has enabled retailers to compete on a level playing field with an aim to drive down prices and improve customer service.
In March 2016, business customers in the public sector in Scotland switched retailer from Business Stream to Anglian Water Business.
Presented by Stephen McIntosh, Wholesale Market Services Manager at Scottish Water, this lunch byte event gives members the opportunity to be taken on a journey through the public sector switch, the largest switch of customers in the Scottish market since market opening
