FreeADM is one of the world’s largest agricultural and ingredients businesses with more than 32,000 employees worldwide. ADM Milling UK has seven flour mills across the country.
The flour mill based in Edinburgh is the largest flour mill in the group, processing 25 tonnes of wheat per hour into flour. It produces a wide range of flours for many of the UK’s biggest bakery brands.
During the tour you will see a very lean highly automated operation.
