Synopsis

In this talk Gillian will cover microbehaviours and privilege within the Tech workplace and will touch on her latest research (with the Open and Aberystwyth Universities) on how these factors limit the growth of the potential workforce for the IT professions.

With a long career in technology, Gillian is currently president of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
