Speaker: Gordon McConnell Gordon McConnell was the Chief Engineer for the Airbus 350 - a long range wide-body jet airliner that entered service in 2015. An important feature is the aircraft’s all-new carbon fibre reinforced plastic wing and fuselage that results in lower fuel consumption, as well as easier maintenance.
